Our interventions provide you with tools with which to reflect and analyse your own inner pain and anxiety and see your self-worth and worth to others. They also provide a period of one to one interaction and group counselling in which you can feel at ease, in the here and now and able to build a trusting client/therapist therapeutic relationship.

Group Counselling

Supportive Group Counselling sessions facilitated by experienced Registered BACP counsellor and mental health specialist. This is an open group-taking place on a weekly basis. The group will offer an opportunity for you to share and discuss your story with others.

This group is for people experiencing:

  • Depression/ Self Harm
  • Anxiety or stress
  • Grief/Loss
  • Issues relating to caring or any other distress
  • Self esteem/Confidence issues.
  • It will provide a safe environment to explore your feelings and thoughts. We will work together at a pace that suit the group. ( Refreshment: Tea, coffee and biscuits)
  • Group Counselling fee::  £25.00 (per person per session depending on numbers and duration)  Group will run with a minimum of six attendees,  Wednesday or Thursday: 18:00-19:30. Sessions will last approximately between 1.5 hours; payment will be required in advance)

  • Counselling group and workshops are developed with the support from experienced colleagues including counsellors, psychotherapist and supported by HCPC Registered psychologist

 However, it may be that you can only progress so far with this approach, in which case other integrative therapies such as CBT and Psycho-education and group therapy may help you to move forward or to have more insight into what you are experiencing
